    2. We attempt to negotiate an out-of-court settlement. This can take at least several months.
  3. Litigation & Trial
    1. If no settlement can be achieved, we file the appropriate lawsuit.

    2. We prepare written questions for the other side to answer. We take the deposition of the defendant and other witnesses.
    3. Discovery Phase: Both parties investigate the facts of the case and obtain all evidence

    5. We answer interrogatories and prepare you for your deposition, which we attend with you.
    6. We prepare and take the case to trial/arbitration once the date is set by the court.
  4. Settlement
    1. We confirm your medical bills and liens are paid/resolved. We distribute settlement funds to you.
