Laceration from loose screw at Sugar House slots chair leads to suit

A lawsuit was filed by SAC on behalf of his client, Baetrice Belsky, an elderly woman injured at the SH Casino on 10/22/10. The suit alleges that a screw protruding from her chair sliced open the back of her right calf. As a result, she experienced a great deal of pain and incurred medical bills. Her attorney, Stuart A. Carpey, of the Conshohocken, Pa. law firm of Kreithen, Baron & Carpey, P.C., filed a personal injury claim at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas on 11/7/11.
