Update On Luzerne County “Cash For Kids” Investigation

Here is the link to the latest  court filings by the Federal Government concerning former Luzerne County Judges Michael T. Conahan  Judge Mark A. Ciavarella. It is an ongoing  judicial scandal case.

In the May 12, 2010 Wilkes-Barre newspaper, the Times Leader, an article written by David Janoski, portions of the transcripts from the wiretaps involving discussions by Conahan and another co-conspirator, Robert Powell, reveal remarkable comments during the time they knew they were under investigation by the FBI.
